Asana
Breathe, stretch, sink, and release into a 45- 60 min Ashtanga inspired vinyasa class. All levels are welcomed.
Breathwork
Deepen your practice through the breath. Following asana practice we sink into a 10-15 minute breath work session to align into deeper consciousness.
Meditation
At the very end of class, we rest in meditation, weaving together all of what has been held and created over the last 60-75 minutes. Movement and breath help to prepare the mind for stillness.
